A six-month intensive. 

This program is designed to guide you through a process of deconditioning, rewilding, envisioning, quantum leaping, and energetic rebirth. You will be initiated into sacred feminine rhythms, learn the language of the cosmos, and receive tools to live, lead, and create from a place of deep inner authority. It’s time to quantum leap, my friend. I will teach you how to collapse our your previous reality and architect a new one that is aligned with your soul.

Format and structure
Over the next six months we meet weekly in live, interactive group sessions where channeled teachings meet circle facilitation. These sessions aren’t just classes—they are powerful gatherings designed to awaken parts of you that have been dormant, to support you in healing, and to guide you into sovereignty as a spiritual being.

This is an open enrollment program. During the spring and summer months we dive deep into astrology and tarot content called Soul & Synastry. During the fall and winter months, we work with ancestral healing and rewilding content called The Threshold. 

No matter when you join, you will be guided through The Awaken Method^© in an incredible and authentic community that values vulnerability, weird, and the mystical we create together. Our online platform will become a sanctuary—a space where you can ask questions, share insights, and connect with others on similar journeys. You’ll be joining a group of like-minded souls who will inspire and challenge you. This is a community that doesn’t dissolve at the program’s end, but one that often turns into lifelong friendships and a continued source of strength and support.

Before you sign up:

• You will have approximately $125 worth of supplies to buy for this program.

• You will need a computer with internet that can run Zoom.

• You will need a piece of furniture to build your altar on.

• You will have lifetime access to Kajabi (where all class materials and recordings are stored).

• Sessions are 90 minutes long live webinars in eastern standard time at 11am-12:30pm.  

• All sessions will be recorded.

• Each week you will be able to submit questions before class to be answered live.

• This offering is open to anyone who considers themselves to be feminine or queer. No TERF energy is welcome.

• This is a group offering—if you have personal questions outside the group sessions, you will need to book private coaching sessions with Lauren.

• You may not copy any of Lauren’s intellectual property or share it with others who have not personally signed up for this offering.
